The Resonance Lab: Discover the Power of Your Own Resonance
The Resonance Lab is a place where people come into resonance with themselves, others, and the world around them, finding greater inner balance and presence – whether they are seeking new pathways to regeneration, self-discovery, and personal growth in their private lives or in their professional lives. Discover our approaches and methods.
Our fully equipped spaces are also available to independent practitioners who wish to offer their own sessions, workshops, and events.

The Resonance Lab grew out of an art laboratory – the former atelier of Swiss artist Heinrich Bobst. His acrylic glass sculptures refract light into the full spectrum of colours and continue to shape the space today. They create the visual framework of the Resonance Lab, inviting people of all backgrounds and worldviews to explore resonance consciously and with an open mind.

Experience Resonance Physically hrough Sound and Vibration
Sound is far more than the soundtrack of the world around us. It makes resonance directly tangible – and it reaches us not only through our ears. Sound can set the entire body into vibration, acting on our nervous system. Research suggests that sound can make a valuable contribution to regeneration, inner balance and deepened self-awareness.
For this purpose, we have created dedicated spaces at the Resonance Lab.

In our Sound Lab, we offer carefully orchestrated individual sessions. On a sound bed, the deep vibrations and rich overtones of acoustic instruments such as gongs and singing bowls are transmitted directly to the body. This physical resonance calms the nervous system and can help body and mind let go and relax.

Explore Resonance in Combination with Modern Technology
Sound and resonance have always been used to influence body and mind – the drum is considered one of humanity's oldest inventions. Today, the effects of vibration and light are also harnessed through modern technology, through means such as binaural beats and neural light stimulation.
At the Resonance Lab, you can experience these new forms of resonance on a specially developed, extra-wide resonance bed – alone or together.

Discover Resonance through Encounters and New Experiences
Resonance creates new patterns – not only in sound, but also in thoughts and relationships. Every smile is a form of resonance. When we enter into resonance with others, we feel seen, heard and acknowledged.
We have created a space where people can experience resonance with one another – a space for deeper connections with others, the world around us and, ultimately, ourselves.

Our Co-Lab is dedicated to interpersonal resonance – through encounters and shared exploration. Whether through coaching, sound, music, movement, breath or meditation – we invite people to connect and engage with one another.
We also offer practitioners access to infrastructure and instruments, supporting both experienced professionals and those looking to deepen their skills.

Discover New Fields of Resonance with Us and Others
Music and sound resonate with space. Since ancient times, people have brought sound to special places to experience it together – in caves, temples, amphitheaters, and concert halls.
We curate events where people, sound, light, atmosphere, and architecture come into resonance, not only at the Resonance Lab, but also in other special locations.
