The bowl comes with a small felt pad that can be infused with essential oils, creating a simple ritual for moments of calm and helping to reconnect with the sense of relaxation long after the journey has ended.
Our vibroacoustic sound journeys can evoke a meditative state and help regulate the nervous system. Many participants describe the experience as a journey within – an encounter with a previously unknown state of consciousness and a new way of connecting with themselves. Some also report seeing vivid colours, images or dreamlike landscapes behind closed eyes. Every journey, however, is individual and unique.

Choose between a 60-minute or 90-minute vibroacoustic sound journey. Please note that trial sessions are exclusively for first-time visitors and are not available as gift vouchers.
Gift cards with a mini singing bowl are available for an additional CHF 15.–. Printed gift cards without the singing bowl are available for an additional CHF 5.–. Postage is additional. A print-ready PDF of the gift card can be sent to you free of charge by email upon request.
