About Andrea's work at the Co-Lab
In the Co-Lab Space, Andrea offers weekly pranayama breathwork sessions and individual one-to-one coaching. Her work combines traditional yogic breathing techniques with insights from neuroscience, creating a consciously guided experience of calm, clarity, and mental space – with meditation woven in as a direct experience of focused presence.
Within an intentionally designed environment shaped by light, art, and stillness, breathwork supports nervous system balance, mental focus, and self-regulation. Andrea’s sessions invite a brief but effective pause from everyday demands, allowing the system to recalibrate and access states of awareness beyond habitual thought and emotional patterns, strengthening presence and long-term inner stability.

Biography
A serious car accident in 2005 radically changed Andrea’s life. The years of recovery that followed shaped her understanding of what it means to rebuild – physically and mentally, and of how strongly mindset influences that process. Rather than accepting the situation as final, she gradually found her way back into life. Along the way, mental techniques she applied intuitively later became part of her formal coaching training.
Andrea now combines this deeply personal experience with solid professional expertise and formal qualifications in mental coaching, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, and yoga.
Additional injuries further shaped her understanding that mental strength is not only about endurance, but also about recognizing limits, practicing self-care, and actively supporting recovery. This experience informs a grounded and realistic approach that acts as a bridge between medical treatment and everyday life, where many people feel uncertain, or left on their own with the process.
Today, Andrea supports people in cultivating awareness and steady inner grounding – without pressure and without bypassing reality. Her work emphasises conscious regulation of the nervous system, mental clarity, and the ability to pause and realign in the midst of pain and persistent thoughts. Breathwork and coaching become tools for reconnecting with inner resources and expanding one’s capacity to respond rather than react, especially in phases of healing and reintegration.
