The Vibroacoustic Gong Bath

Join us for our Vibroacoustic Gong Bath at Friedhof Forum Sihlfeld in Zurich.

Lie down on a platform set into vibration by our live gongs and feel their resonance throughout your whole body. For many participants, this combination of sound and physical resonance makes it particularly easy to enter a deeply relaxed, meditative trance-like state.

Please bring a bottle of water and an eye mask. Friedhof Forum provides a comfortable carpet to lie on. If you prefer a little more cushioning, you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat as well.
