About Pia's work at the Co-Lab

longside her own practice, Pia offers selected treatments at the Sound Lab of the Resonance Lab. There, she combines elements of naturopathy, reflexology, and manual bodywork with the relaxing effects of sound and vibroacoustic vibration.

Pia uses the possibilities of the Sound Lab in a creative way to create a holistic experience of reflexology, sound, and vibration. She works manually with singing bowls and incorporates the sounds of our Plant Music device, which translates the subtle electrical impulses of plants into audible music. As a long-time DJ, she also curates and mixes immersive soundscapes that are transmitted through our vibroacoustic beds, making them not only audible but physically tangible.

Her work supports people in slowing down, deepening their body awareness, and stimulating the body’s natural regenerative processes. The combination of manual bodywork, sound, and vibroacoustic vibration creates the conditions for deep relaxation, regeneration, and a conscious reconnection with the body.

Biography

A serious car accident in 2005 radically changed Andrea’s life. The years of recovery that followed shaped her understanding of what it means to rebuild – physically and mentally, and of how strongly mindset influences that process. Rather than accepting the situation as final, she gradually found her way back into life. Along the way, mental techniques she applied intuitively later became part of her formal coaching training.

Andrea now combines this deeply personal experience with solid professional expertise and formal qualifications in mental coaching, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, and yoga.

Additional injuries further shaped her understanding that mental strength is not only about endurance, but also about recognizing limits, practicing self-care, and actively supporting recovery. This experience informs a grounded and realistic approach that acts as a bridge between medical treatment and everyday life, where many people feel uncertain, or left on their own with the process.

Today, Andrea supports people in cultivating awareness and steady inner grounding – without pressure and without bypassing reality. Her work emphasises conscious regulation of the nervous system, mental clarity, and the ability to pause and realign in the midst of pain and persistent thoughts. Breathwork and coaching become tools for reconnecting with inner resources and expanding one’s capacity to respond rather than react, especially in phases of healing and reintegration.
