About Rebeccas's work at the Resonance Lab
At the heart of Rebecca’s work lies a deep trust in each person’s inner wisdom. She understands her role as creating the conditions in which this wisdom can emerge—through breath, sound, and deep listening—so that insights arise from direct experience and the processes that unfold are authentic, self-led, and sustainable.
In the SoundLab, Rebecca offers guided vibroacoustic sound journeys and classical massage techniques combined with vibroacoustic sound and facilitates neurodynamic breathwork sessions for individuals and groups. Her work combines presence, body awareness, and trauma-aware facilitation, inviting participants to explore and integrate inner processes with clarity and care.
