Biography

Growing up surrounded by music, bodywork, and a deep curiosity about what moves people, Sabine’s path first led her to the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Utrecht. During the 1990s, she studied with European pioneers of body- and voicework in the Netherlands, Germany, and England.

After returning to Switzerland in 2003, she founded Innerleadership Coaching Training, expanded her work to universities and higher education institutions, and began coaching leaders in the corporate world. Over the past two decades, she has designed and delivered coaching and leadership development programmes for major international companies. Most recently, she led Learning & Development for more than four and a half years at Switzerland’s second-largest retailer.

Sabine’s work is deeply influenced by her decades-long meditation practice and her own journey of trauma healing. Since 2017, she has studied the vocal tradition of Dhrupad (Nada Yoga) with Amit Sharma in Zurich. For her, singing has become a natural way of bringing body, heart, and mind into harmony.
